Request a return within 14 days of delivery for a non-personalized piece. Personalized pieces are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If anything is wrong with your order, contact us for help under our one-year warranty.

On eligible rings, enter your message in the personalization field. Please check spelling and dates before adding your piece to the bag.
Gently wipe your jewelry with a soft cloth and store pieces separately. Avoid harsh cleaning products. Follow the care instructions supplied with your piece.
