What materials do you use?
Our gold options are 18K gold-plated. Our silver options are 925 sterling silver. Each piece features moissanite and includes its GRA report.
What arrives with my jewelry?
Your chosen piece, its GRA moissanite report, and the signature AVRESKA presentation box. A beautiful arrival, whether it is a gift or a moment for yourself.
When will my order arrive?
Estimated delivery is 5 days for pieces without personalization and 7 days for personalized pieces. Free US shipping applies to orders of $100 or more after discounts. Shipping charges for other orders are shown at checkout.
Can I return my piece?
Request a return within 14 days of delivery for a non-personalized piece. Personalized pieces are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If anything is wrong with your order, contact us for help under our one-year warranty.
How do I choose my ring size?
Our ring sizes are US sizes. Choose from the available options on the product page. If you are unsure, contact us by email or website chat before ordering, especially for a personalized ring.
Can I personalize my ring?
Where an engraving field is available, add a name, date, or short message within the displayed character limit. Check your spelling and chosen ring size carefully. Personalized pieces have an estimated delivery time of 7 days and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
What does the warranty cover?
Every AVRESKA piece comes with a one-year warranty. If you experience any problem with your piece, contact our team by email or website chat with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us understand what happened and arrange the next steps.
Can I combine my set discount with a code?
Our 8% offer applies to eligible rings when you buy at least two. It can be combined with AVRESKA10 when both offers meet their conditions. Discounts apply sequentially, and the final savings are shown in your bag and at checkout.
Where is AVRESKA jewelry made?
Our jewelry is made in Europe. Our administrative offices are in Italy, with warehouses in Europe and the United States.
